YOUR ROLE
  • Lead the new packaging design of China Coloration projects with MKT brief and provide a Packaging Product Development proposal of the functional and aesthetic needs with technical details, process (coating, silk-screening, hot stamping, etc...).
  • Review drawing to meet consumer functional needs and transfer the technical data into real packaging materials.
  • Lead the packaging development work for RL/LE and GAIN projects.
  • Design/arrange the factory trials to ensure new packaging could be smoothly executed in the relevant factory.
  • Design and conduct the proper packaging tests to ensure quality in the whole product life cycle.
  • Be responsible for the project network for packaging projects to ensure OTIF launch.
  • Define Bill of Material for production or assembling line.
  • Update the project document database accordingly following the project status (confirmation with related suppliers, document issue for approval, etc...).
  • Provide a complete Packaging specification to QC team to guarantee quality level required.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master Degree of Engineering or Materials.
  • 2-5 years in Product Development in FMCG, experience in cosmetics packaging is preferred.
  • Power Point and Excel are mandatory.
  • Fluent in English is MANDATORY.
  • Experience Requirements preferred: Knowledge in Engineering design, Manufacturing /QC Management.
