We are now looking for a Senior Manager CSRD Transformation Office & Initiatives (d/f/m) in our global sustainability team, which is responsible for Henkel's sustainability reporting and the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

YOUR ROLE
  • Lead and steer the CSRD Reporting Transformation Program, overseeing all aspects of resource allocation, prioritization, interdependencies, and successful delivery
  • Monitor and track the progress of initiatives aimed at implementing the CSRD's two cross-cutting and ten topic standards, guiding planning efforts, prioritization, and facilitating timely delivery
  • Manage communication channels for CSRD projects, including updates for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and direction for consultancy support related to the overall project and individual initiatives within the CSRD framework
  • Take responsibility for overseeing project budgets, costs, and timelines across the portfolio of projects within the CSRD Reporting Transformation Program
  • Promote and instill a culture of project management excellence by providing coaching and consulting on strategic projects within the organization
  • Work in gremia and engage in advocacy efforts to drive initiatives related to the CSRD implementation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively enhance team capabilities through targeted employee development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous growth and skill advancement and cultivate a collaborative environment within the team and drive cross-functional collaboration
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sustainability Management or a related field
  • 10 years or more of relevant professional experience with a track record of successfully leading transformation programs or initiatives
  • (Agile) Project management experience and familiarity with sustainability management & reporting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in (agile) project management methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) with the ability to oversee complex transformations from initiation to completion
  • Project management experience with focus on sustainability management and understanding of ESG reporting requirements (CSRD) is beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project updates, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing project budgets
  • A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and empower individuals or teams to achieve common goals
  • Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus
