YOUR ROLE

  • Supports Safety, Health, and Environmental organization in specialized area.
  • Performs required monthly/quarterly reporting, i.e. site sustainability metrics and work-hours.
  • Performs, coordinates or participates in internal and external EH&S assessments (i.e. JSA's, ergonomic assessments, ISO, etc.) to ensure compliance with EH&S Standards and regulations.
  • Drives Safety, Health, and Environmental strategy and targets in area of responsibility and uses appropriate reporting tools.
  • Investigation of incidents including root cause analysis, assisting in the development of corrective actions and documentation of results in Henkel EH&S reporting systems
  • Ensures continual improvement in all relevant EH&S fields.
  • Supports sites during EH&S audits
YOUR SKILLS
  • BS/BA required - in Chemistry, EH&S, Chemical Engineering
  • 5 -7 year's experience in an EH&S
  • Chemical manufacturing/laboratory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with environmental and safety reporting systems
  • Train technical and administrative personnel as required in EH&S policies, systems, and practices.
  • Familiarity with RCRA
  • Maintain training records.
  • Strong excel, power point, MS office experience
The salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
