YOUR ROLE
  • Demonstrate teamwork attitude and work effectively in team environment. Follow Safety KPI and contribute as individual analyst role.
  • Deliver reliable results on time and complete assigned work satisfactorily.
  • Demonstrate high productivity by delivering high amount of work independently.
  • Demonstrate efforts to improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for elemental analysis and maintenance of elemental analysis related instruments in Adhesive innovation analytical team independently.
  • Communicate with internal requester in understanding the analytical needs and design proper mass spec related experiments to deliver analytical solutions independently.
  • Communicate with supervisors in understanding assigned tasks and deliver with visible outcomes.
  • Work as a secondary chemist in non-elemental analysis field and provide technical assistance to team.
  • Work with team to maintain 5S/safety at required level.
Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Elemental analysis related projects 60%.
  • Responsible for other technics beyond elemental analysis and provide analytical contributions accordingly 20%.
  • Lab safety and 5S maintenance 10%.
  • Participate other team activities and made proactive contributions 10%.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree or above.
  • Chemistry background
  • Industry experiences of Mass spec analysis is necessary.
  • Additional experiences in other analytical technics such as Chromatography and Microscopy are a plus.
  • Familiar with word, Excel, PPT.
  • Open minded, results oriented and good teamwork.
