YOUR ROLE
  • Key responsibility: development, implementation and administration of European 3PM / 3PL SHE Audit
  • Database, risk matrix and integration of Dashboards
  • Ensure successful streamlining of current data and information systems, updating and aligning information and profiles of suppliers
  • Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development and other cross-functional teams
  • Support supplier audits/assessments as required, in cooperation with other members of the department
  • Ensure the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) is timely managed and audit follow up and actions are on track
  • Assess process and chemical risk of suppliers and conduct analysis against industrial standards
  • Support the coordination of supplier visits and audits
  • As required, manage the alignment and agreement of SHE requirements and technical specifications with suppliers and contract manufacturers, support risk and sustainability assessments
  • Support the execution of the European 3PM/3PL SHE Henkel Strategy
YOUR SKILLS
  • Good communication skills
  • Chemical engineering or other chemical studies
  • Fluent English and comfortable to communicate with external experienced stakeholders
  • Focused and well organized
  • Being able to work with macros and excel, experience with Power BI are advantages
  • Optionally open to travel in case of join and participate audits and understand machinery environment
  • Studies or experience in the field of Safety, Health and Environment
  • Min. 2 more semesters of active student status remaining

  • Base salary gross 2000 HUF/hour, up to gross 2400 HUF/hour after 6 months
  • Monthly meal allowance - net 25 000 HUF
  • Monthly travel contribution - net 5000 HUF

  • Yearly 3-4 Henkel product packages with a value of appr. 100-150.000 HUF/year
