YOUR ROLE
  • Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/acquire new customers.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to our company distributors and customers to ensure alignment between products and customer requirements.
  • Execute customer roadmaps and manage/closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end processes both internally and externally to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work independently in the field, conducting line trials and promptly addressing customer requests and complaints.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Provide valuable insights to the Manager regarding customer needs, business trends, and competitive landscapes within the territory.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Material Engineering or another relevant field - mandatory.
  • High-level proficiency in English - mandatory.
  • Driving license - mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales positions, preferably in a field setting.
  • Experienced in managing customers and distributors relationships.
  • Proficient in sales project management (from initiation to closure).
