YOUR ROLE
  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify and optimize substandard systems processes through evaluation and collaboration.
  • Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to detail and transparent communication at all levels.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of the project life cycle.
  • Develop and implement user requirements for systems to ensure maximum usability and train/communicate to users when applicable.
  • Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and the IT department to ensure compliance with Henkel's Corporate Standard Information & Cyber Security including data classification, vendor contracts, and application documentation.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Experience leading project teams and work streams to successful completion.
  • Proven analytical abilities and business requirements testing.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong teamwork skills working with cross-functional teams and a demonstrated collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights and express complex topics in business terms.
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • High level of passion, initiative, and assertiveness.
  • Helps others succeed - a true team player.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Project, Planner, and Visio.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
