Hara lab, Department of Neurosurgery & Biointerfaces Institute - University of Michigan, USA

Our new laboratory at the University of Michigan aims to understand at the molecular level how cell diversity and communications are altered in the complex ecosystem of brain tumors. Working at the intersection of human biology, model systems, and single-cell genomics, our goal is to integrate fresh perspectives from our projects into a translational path. We seek motivated postdoctoral fellows who are capable of working independently to bring research projects forward while maximizing our collaborative environment. A background in genomics or computer science is desirable; however, the most relevant quality is drive and curiosity toward understanding incurable cancers. We are committed to providing a supportive training environment to extend and complement your skills, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
