YOUR ROLE
  • Drive SHE strategy and targets in area of responsibility and uses appropriate reporting tools
  • Report monthly on SHEQ KPI status
  • Define and execute standards and procedures in collaboration with affected functional area
  • Ensure continual improvement in all relevant SHE fields
  • Support Global Audit Management
  • Supervise legal compliance matters, follow-up of development in legal matters and regulatory affairs
  • Implement 5-year sustainability roadmap for all production areas, sustainable processes and strategies
  • Manage active and new sustainability projects. SHE & Sustainability Reporting (Targets, KPIs, Savings)
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in engineering with focus on SHE, sustainability or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Know-how with occupational health & safety / SHE management systems, SHE international standards preferred
  • Experience in incident investigation, root-cause-analysis, Risk Assessment, HAZOP preferred
  • Proven experience in sustainability & continuous improvement, Six Sigma, DMAIC preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent German & English language skills
