YOUR ROLE
  • As the product evaluation expert in the team, lead production evaluation to provide appropriate and efficient solutions for below aspects.
  • Efficacy claim support of NPD projects
  • Key competitor claims summary and analysis.
  • Explore and study of new efficacy claims.
  • Support Demo development
  • Design, plan and execute efficacy study based on test brief with compliance to ethic and local regulation. Analyze the result to find product strength or optimizing opportunity and promote the knowledge to consumer and project team.
  • Design, propose and implement new product evaluation methods and work processes by exploiting his/her own technical expertise. Leverage internal and external capability to create new way of product evaluation by introducing digital tools etc.
  • Keep on the key competitor claim summary and analysis.
  • Support Demo development together with function team
  • Build a network of technical partnerships in his/her domain.
  • Efficient internal and external communication to ensure the results transmission and exploitation within the scope of product evaluation.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master degree or above, major in Cosmetics, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry etc.
  • With over 8 years working experiences in product evaluation in cosmetic, familiar with China cosmetic market and regulations.
  • Rich experience in developing product evaluation test method
  • Expertise in statistical/ bio-statistical analysis, modelling and related software is preferred for this position
  • Conscientiousness and good teamwork
  • Good ability of English in writing , reading
  • Good communication , ability of problem solving,
