YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for managing customer relationships, executing customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, Webinars, at customer site, at Henkel facilities, etc. and driving development by identifying new value propositions for leveraging relationships to grow the business.
- Manages laboratory workflow (including prioritization and reporting) to meet customer, internal and market needs and expectations.
- Help to ensure the successful sustainment, development, and enhancement of applications.
- Developing and initiating best practices, running trials, technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, customer complaints, product recommendations, new product demonstrations, and troubleshooting for SBU customers.
- Works with application equipment and technology development to provide innovative solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes.
- Accountable for technical training of Henkel team members (Sales, TCS, marketing, etc.) including development of new/modified training.
- Drives global SBU strategy and direction working with global SBU leads in Marketing, Sales, Product Management and other areas.
- Facilitates expertise and personal skill development of both direct reports and global team through internal and external trainings, project opportunities, mentoring/coaching and any other relevant approaches.
- Complies with all Henkel and regulatory requirements for safety, legal and environmental areas. Use market and customer analytics to stay up to date on evolving industry trends.
- Develop and evaluate KPI results and drive innovation and continuous improvement via data driven decisions and actions Implement continuous process improvement, including policy and procedures.
- Contribute globally and regionally to best practices, academy/trainings, processes/tools, etc.
- Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant field
- Design, improve, and document application engineering processes.
- Selling/Negotiation and Business/Industry Acumen skills.
- Project management or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
- Analytical, mechanical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Product, applications, customer knowledge to deliver/quantify value and run demos.
- Relationship Building and Teamwork skills.
- Leverages Digital Tools.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
