Senior Research Fellow

The Senior Research Fellow’s primary role is to conduct research, disseminate research findings, author grants with PIs and work with the PI team to institutionalize BUILD-related programs. To this end, the fellow must be able to: conduct literature reviews; develop, implement, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research results; prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals; prepare and co-author proposals, reports, and presentations; collaborate with faculty and administrators to institutionalization equitable student research training; develop and/or assess online training modules; and contribute to the design and implementation of programs to promote equity.
