YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for comprehensive project management to execute on the defined strategy company initiates by managing key project work streams, communicating progress, escalating road blocks and clear and timely communication to workstream leads and key stakeholders
- Determine and define project scope, objectives and deliverables
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Execute risk analysis to define and plan against project hurdles
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to Steering Committee about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- 10+ years of Project Management experience

The salary for this role is $112,700.00 - $173,200.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
