Assistant Professor in the Catalytic Organic Chemistry Laboratory, Toyota Technological Institute

Toyota Technological Institute has an opening for an assistant professor in the Catalytic Organic Chemistry Laboratory(*), Department of Advanced Science and Technology. 

We are seeking highly motivated applicants who can engage in creative research on functional materials based on synthetic organic chemistry in cooperation with Professor Yukihiro Motoyama.

Also, the successful candidate expected to have sufficient ability and enthusiasm for educating and supervising undergraduate and graduate students. 

*The Catalytic Organic Chemistry Laboratory aims to explore novel and efficient transformations of organic molecules on the basis of organometallic chemistry. The research field includes synthetic organic chemistry, coordination chemistry, organometallic chemistry, and crystallographycatalysis chemistry.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field or plans to obtain it by the time of appointment.
