We are looking for highly self-motivated candidates with a recent PhD or MD degree, to investigate e the epigenetic and metabolic reprogramming of cancer cells and immune tumor microenvironment in prostate cancer progression , metastasis to bone and as well as therapy resistance to targeted therapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

Successful candidate must be able to design novel projects, create hypothesis driven experiment, maintain excellent descriptions of experiments performed, standardize and validate new methods and be able to interpret results. Computer skills such as entering data obtained from experiments into graphic and statistics programs as well as the generation of figures after image analysis are essential s. metastasis), and the response of prostate cancer to current standard of care and novel therapeutic
agents, with a focus on highly lethal metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and
metastasis to bone and liver.

-Learn the basics of immune tumor microenvironment, with a focus on myeloid-derived suppressor
cells and tumor associated macrophages.

-Learn the basics of cancer metabolism and their roles in the regulation of cancer cell and
immune tumor microenvironment.

-Learn the basics of epigenetics and their roles in cancer progression and therapeutic
resistance.

-Learn using various in vitro and in vivo models for studying cancer cell function and immune
tumor microenvironment.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
M.D. or Ph.D.
Prefer candidate to have knowledge of epigenetics, immunology, and metabolism, and to have skills in the various assays related to epigenetics, immunology and metabolism.

Prefer candidate to have knowledge and skills of genetic mouse models and invivo metastasis mouse models.

Prefer candidate to have knowledge of single cell technology, such as single cell RNA-seq.

ADDITIONAL APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Prefer candidate to have knowledge epigenetics, immunology, and metabolism and to have skills
in the various assays related to epigenetics, immunology, and metabolism.
