The Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University seeks a leader for a program of translational research in adoptive cellular therapy. The leader is expected to be an accomplished scientist/physician-scientist in the field of cell therapy, who will provide leadership to the cell therapy program both for cancer and regenerative medicine applications. The leader will foster a collaborative environment and provide scientific oversight and leadership for a newly renovated GMP facility at Emory and will help support studies of innovative cell therapies manufactured at Emory. The leader will have access to a generous package supporting recruitment, infrastructure and supporting investigators in execution of cell therapy trials. The leader will have an academic appointment in the Department of Hematology/Medical Oncology, commensurate with experience.
