The Chen lab at Washington University in St. Louis is looking for a motivated postdoctoral fellow to conduct translational research on small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Our research is centered on the preclinical and clinical development of novel therapies (Kumari et al. JCI Insight 2023; Chen et al. Mol Cancer Res 2023; Qu et al. J Thorac Oncol 2022; Thomas A. et al. J Clin Oncol 2018). The current project is aimed to identify the resistant mechanisms of novel SCLC therapies and involves genomic screens, CRISPR genome editing, transcriptomics, and other state-of-the-art methods.

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications
1. Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent.
2. Have relevant research experience and a solid publication record.
3. Experienced in molecular biology techniques.
4. Able to communicate in English
