YOUR ROLE:

• Be integral part of the solution design, withing the global team or while consulting other stakeholders in their projects.

• Take responsibility by deciding on access rights and infra changes when evaluating project demands.

• Operate regional and global changes in the enterprise's AD and related systems.

• Proactively improve our service quality

• Take lead in decision making in critical crisis management dealing with AD and Priority incidents.

• Establishes root cause analysis and risk management for services under the AD domain scope.

• Support other IT and business colleagues in usage of our Directory Services processes.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Strong foundation in Windows Systems Administrations/Systems Engineering with 3+ years applied experience and has implementation knowledge in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory & PowerShell scripting.

• Well versed in Azure DevOps, Azure Active directory, Azure Active Directory Connect, Device registration, Intune, Conditional Access Policy and App registration in Azure.

• Knowledgeable in different kind of cloud platform; Azure, Alibaba, GCP and the likes.

• Knowledgeable in Cloud Identity, federation, and different modern authentication OAuth 2.0, OIDC and SAML 2.0.

• Good understanding of Public Key infrastructure (ADCS).

• Good understanding of Zero Trust concept.

• A strong security mindset when evaluating access decisions or developing solution designs.

• Provide exceptional customer service, effectively collaborating and managing customer expectations and has strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written are required to interface with other employees who are both technical and nontechnical.

• Bachelor's degree in related field (BSIT, BSCS, or equivalent course)
