The Department of Immunology & Molecular Microbiology (IMM) Center for Tropical Medicine and Infectious Disease (CTMID) in the TTUHSC School of Medicine seeks to recruit a Research Associate Professor for a 12-month non-tenure track position. The ideal candidate will require a PhD and at least five years of post-doctoral experience. He/she will have an expertise in human immunology. This person will work closely with a group of investigators from many different countries working towards evaluating vaccine efficacy in clinical trials in Africa. Rank and salary are dependent upon qualifications and experience. Applicants must have a terminal degree and a commitment to sustained research.
