The laboratory of Victor Corces in the Department of Human Genetics at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta is seeking a talented and motivated postdoctoral researcher. The NIH-funded laboratory studies the effect of environmental chemicals on the development of neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental diseases The successful applicant will be part of a vibrant team that combines mouse and brain organoid models with single-cell epigenetic profiling and computational analysis to study the role of epigenetic alterations in disease etiology. The candidate should have a strong background in cell and molecular biology techniques. Computational and neuroscience knowledge is not essential but will be a plus.
