TWO FACULTY POSITIONS

DEPARTMENT OF ANATOMY, PHYSIOLOGY AND PHARMACOLOGY

COLLEGE OF VETERINARY MEDICINE

AUBURN UNIVERSITY

 

The Department of Anatomy, Physiology, and Pharmacology in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn University invites applications for two full-time, 12-month, tenure track faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.  Responsibilities include directing an extramurally funded research program, participation in team-teaching in the first and second year veterinary curriculum in either Histology or Pharmacology and graduate level instruction. Successful candidates should have a strong record of innovative research, a commitment to the educational mission of the department and college, excellent communication skills, and an enthusiastic approach to collaborative efforts.  A PhD in Biomedical Sciences or a related field is required at the time employment begins.   Candidates with research interests that integrates with current departmental strengths are encouraged to apply.
