Guerin Children’s, the Cedars-Sinai Health System child health initiative, is seeking an inaugural director to lead a new Center for Developmental Biology and Regenerative Pediatrics. The Center will focus on understanding fundamental principles of development and regeneration using both animal models and human tissue, and it will be a central element of the growth of Guerin Children’s. The Center will work in close partnership with the Regenerative Medicine Institute and other relevant units on campus, including the new Computational Biomedicine Department. Candidates should be internationally recognized for teaching, research, and mentorship activities. This position will include resources for the directors’ research program, and startup funds for several additional faculty members.

Our compensation philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The base pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
Pay Range: $250,000 – $350,000 Base Compensation
