1-2 NIH-funded postdoctoral positions in cancer immunotherapy are immediately available in the laboratory of Dr.Yuwen Zhu, in the Department of Surgery at University of Colorado School of Medicine. The main research of the lab focuses on the discovery of novel immune checkpoints and their applications in cancer therapy. Dr. Zhu's lab has several exciting research projects with the potential of clinical applications in cancer immunotherapy. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have obtained a PhD degree in immunology, cancer biology, or a related field within the past three years. The successful candidates should have independent research skills and demonstrate a track record of success in the laboratory. Candidates with experience in mouse tumor models, T cell culture, and flow cytometry are encouraged to apply. The candidate will have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with the rich community of basic and translational scientists at CU School of Medicine, as well as a team of surgical oncologists. Salary and benefit are in line with the NIH guideline.
