Postdoctoral Research Fellow in AIDS-related Research

The Cantor Lab in the Department of Cancer Immunology and Virology, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking highly motivated individual with demonstrated potential for creativity and excellence for postdoctoral training on central problems in immunology and virology. The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a major Boston research center that offers a vibrant, interactive research community in basic research. The successful candidate will receive a joint academic appointment at the Harvard Medical School. Only U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents are eligible for this NIH-funded Training Program.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The lab uses genetic, biochemical, and cellular approaches for these investigations, including CRISPR-based targeting of genes of interest.
  • Our training program offers substantial scientific resources within a stimulating and collegial research environment.

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated candidate with a recent PhD, MD/PhD or doctoral degree equivalent in biomedical sciences and experience in immunology, molecular biology and in vivo modeling are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with strong records of scientific accomplishment are preferred.
