In line with the overall company strategy, the incumbent is responsible for devel-oping and oversight of implementation and execution of the Global Medical Af-fairs Strategy for the Sandoz Growth Brands. To provide deep scientific infor-mation to support Clinical Pipeline projects, and to be fully accountable for Post-approval Data Generation Strategy for in-line products, including non-interventional studies, IlTs, Phase IV and registries
To build educational dialogue with Decision Making Units and HCPs (medical, pharmacists/nurses) and scientific leaders and regulatory key stakeholders. To bring insights from customers to cross-functional team to better understand the stakeholders

Your key responsibilities:
Organizational Leadership
• Leadership of growth business and management of team members
• Active part of Sandoz Biopharma leadership team (BELT) and GMA leadership team (GMALT)
• Developing, implementation and oversight of medical strategy for Growth business
• Appropriate resource management in a Gx-minded company (budget, FTE, processes, structures)
Strategy & Scientific Leadership
• Cross-franchise medical affairs strategy development and operational alignment (Immu-nology, Oncology, Early Products & Medical Excellence)
• Cross-functional strategy development and operational alignment (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Development, Regulatory & Compliance)
• Development of Global Medical Affairs Immunology strategic plans plan with stakeholder and country / region alignment
• Ensure franchise scientific presence in key publications, meetings and symposia, input into regulatory authority interactions (incl. RMPs, PSURs and safety surveillance)
Compliance
• Ensure fully compliant franchise skills, processes and monitoring incl. trainings and audit readiness

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Leadership
• Profound strategic experience in the pharmaceutical industry and Medical Affairs (>10 years) including broad eexperience with country collaboration, trainings, cus-tomer interactions and vendor management, key stakeholder engagement & com-pliance processes
• Extensive People and team leadership skills (>4 years) incl. working in multidisci-plinary, international and matrix environments with cross-functional and cross-department communication skills, experienced to work and lead in a dynamic en-vironment
• Overall strategic mind-set and business acumen including flexibility & agility to work in diverse therapeutic areas and close collaboration across functions (com-mercial, development, legal, compliance)
• Significant launch experiences and commercialization processes in international markets and healthcare systems

Product specific
• Basic knowledge about the TA (Immunology & Oncology) and related products
