Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Management of approx. 15 laboratory technicians, including resource planning
• Strong collaboration with other Laboratory Supervisors, ensuring alignment on optimal resource distribution towards project need and priorities, reporting to Head Analytical Development
• Management of the laboratory with regards to available equipment and maintenance of the infrastructure according to the rules and regulations
• Coordination of the available resources in cooperation with the lab coordinators and project team
• Working and guiding laboratory work in compliance with SOPs, GMP regulations and HSE standards
• Ensuring all chemical, microbiological and physical-chemical laboratory work and data compilation for quality control purposes in accordance with the agreed timelines under GMP regulations
• Management of reference materials and related documentation
• Approval of GMP documents and ensuring the timely processing of OOX, deviations and changes

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Minimal scientific BSc degree, preferably analytical chemist; alternatively: experienced chemical laboratory technician with at least 5 years’ experience in respiratory product development and initial managerial experience
• Good understanding of instrumental analytical methods and technologies, preferably with respiratory product development
• Independent, well-organized way of working, team player
• Very good communication and leadership skills
• Good GMP knowledge and experience
• Good knowledge of English and fluent in German, both spoken and written
