400! This is the number of associates in Global Analytical R&D, across 4 countries, working tirelessly on innovative and patient centric medicines. As part of this group, responsible for effective service, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical lab instruments like Dissolution apparatus, HPLC LC, HSGC etc in Analytical development Labs.

The position is based in the Genome Valley, Hyderabad, within the Technical Research and Development Organization (TRD) of Global Drug Development (GDD).

Major Accountabilities:
• Inventory management for spares and tracking
• Reduction of downtime of instrument for business continuation of organization
• Compliance as per applicable GDP and cGMP Practices. Support the IQ, OQ, PQ, and life cycle management of Laboratory Equipment/instrument as per applicable procedures/guidelines.
• Coordinate with the external vendors and ensure optimum utilization of AMC/CMC/contract.
• Perform the Breakdown maintenance and Preventive maintenance for Agilent 1290HPLC, GC, Sotax Dissolution Apparatus, Distek Dissolution Apparatus, Pharma test dissolution apparatus and another various analytical instrument.
• Good experience in Installation, Calibration and Preventive Maintenance & troubleshooting of Sotax, Distek ,Pharma test Dissolution Apparatus etc during lab operations.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all relevant tasks are completed as per the agreement.
• Ensure Audit readiness at all times.Ensure adherence to all applicable HSE standards and guidelines. Work according to appropriate SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISEC & Novartis Guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• B.E or B.Tech. in Electronics and telecommunication/Instrumentation/ Electrical with
5-6 Years of experience in analytical lab instrument service management and preventive maintenance for different makes and types of instruments.
• Hands on experience and knowledge over the GDP and cGMP Practices
• Experience over the IQ, OQ, PQ, and life cycle management of Laboratory
• Effective Troubleshooting of equipment/instrument.
• Experience over the external vendor management. Optimum utilization of AMC/CMC/contract awarness.
• Experience software qualification and guideline GAMP5, 21CFR, Annex-11, EDQM etc.
• Sound experience of inter department coordination.
• Sound technical communication.
