The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, Division of Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology (https://pharmacy.osu.edu/pharmaceutics-pharmacology) is seeking three new tenure-track faculty in the areas of cancer research, cell and gene therapy, nanobiotechnology, or neuropharmacology. These positions are open-rank, with an expectation of extramural funding (NIH or equivalent) for mid- or senior-level hires. Leadership opportunities may be available for a senior hire. 

Candidates must hold a PhD or professional degree with advanced research training. The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy is a Top 10 college of pharmacy in the nation and consistently ranks in the top 25 for sponsored research awards. The college is made up of 77 faculty members including 32 tenured or tenure-track faculty. Tenure faculty (regardless of rank) - persons with the titles of professor, associate professor, assistant professor and instructor who serve on appointments totaling 50% or more service to the university and who are eligible for tenure or who have obtained tenure. Duties and responsibilities are assigned in accordance with the workload guidelines laid out in the pattern of administration of each faculty member’s tenure initiation unit (TIU) and, as appropriate, regional campus; obligations will include research, service and/or teaching or clinical practice. These faculty will have earned doctorate or other terminal degree in the relevant field of study or possession of equivalent experience.
