What You Will Achieve
Work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented, laboratory environment performing solid state experiments to support Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Drug Product (DP) Manufacturing Operations at the Kalamazoo MI, site.
How You Will Achieve It
Develop and deliver solid state analysis to support process development and/or quality investigations. Solid state analysis will include Dynamic Moisture Sorption Gravimetric analysis (DMSG), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Crystal form analysis (pXRD and microscopy), and Powder Rheometry experimentation. Maintain laboratory area and equipment in a clean, safe and functional order.

The position involves working in a laboratory/production environment, which may include standing for long periods of time and working with chemicals. The position requires the ability to perform mathematical calculations including complex data analysis.

The position may require colleagues to work off-hours, weekends and/or holidays to meet business or customer needs.

- Applicant must have HS Diploma with eight years of relevant experience;
- OR an Associate's degree with six years of experience;
- OR a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience;
- OR a Master's degree with more than one year of experience.
