Are you seeking an opportunity where you can lead through influence using your technical expertise and contribute to the development of potential new vaccines? If so, the Post-Doc Research Associate role on could be an exciting opportunity to explore!

As a Post-Doc Research Associate in Drug Product Development, you will be working on the Advanced Structural Characterization of mRNA and its delivery vehicle. In particular, the goal of this post-Doctoral role will be focused on understanding the structure and morphology of mRNA vaccines and the lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery system by using advanced techniques that are not typically used in an analytical characterization panel, or techniques for which methods are not yet available. Clearly RNA-based vaccines have proven to be a rapid modality to produce vaccines with shorter development timelines compared to more traditional vaccines. You will have exposure to this novel, yet highly impactful, modality to develop vaccines and understand the fundamentals of structure and particle formation. You will be expected to propose ideas, design experiments, and execute them, and apply the knowledge you have gained from your PhD and previous experiences. Besides the opportunity to deeply understand the morphology of mRNA/LNP delivery vehicle and finding information not previously known, you will have the opportunity to learn about Drug Product vaccine development by working with a team of excellent scientists dedicated to deliver vaccines to patients who need them. Excellent communication skills and being technically adept are key elements to succeed in this role.
