The Single Cell Spatial Analysis Program (SCSAP), as part of the $150 million, campus-wide Biosciences Initiative at the University of Michigan, is soliciting applications for tenure-track faculty positions (all ranks). The SCSAP is a highly integrative program that provides an intellectual foundation and research resources to enhance single-cell and spatial analyses to the University of Michigan community. Primary departmental and school affiliation(s) will be determined by the applicant’s research area and existing programs. We welcome applications for any area of spatial biology, including but not limited to: new technologies for high-content spatial analyses using sequencing- and/or imaging-based approaches, bioimaging informatics and computational algorithms for integrated spatial ‘omics analyses, or applications of innovative approaches to addressing basic or applied biomedical and/or public health challenges. Successful candidates will become integral members and future leaders in the Single Cell Spatial Analysis Program.
