Toyota Technological Institute has an opening for an assistant professor in the Polymer Chemistry Laboratory, Department of Advanced Science and Technology.

The Polymer Chemistry Laboratory aims to explore new synthetic methods for macromolecules based on precise placement of molecules and atoms. The research field includes polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, coordination chemistry, photochemistry, theoretical computation, and crystallography.

We are seeking highly motivated applicants who can engage in creative research on functional materials based on synthetic organic chemistry in cooperation with Professor Kenta Kokado.

Also, the successful candidate expected to have sufficient ability and enthusiasm for educating and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
