DEINE AUFGABEN
- Selbständige Betreuung und Umsetzung von EDI Anbindungen, von der Analyse und Einrichtung über die Mappings bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Abstimmung mit externen Partnern, EDI Providern, Henkel IT Teams und Business
- Monitoring und Betrieb der bestehenden EDI-Prozesse
- Unterstützung interner Teams bei der Konzeption von Prozessen zur Automatisierung der Datenverarbeitung
- Kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter in relevanten EDI-Fragestellungen
- Mitarbeit in internationalen Projekten, Verantwortung und Steuerung der dort durchgeführten EDI Anbindungen
DEINE KOMPETENZEN
- Abgeschlossenes Studium bevorzugt Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik
- 5 Jahre Erfahrung im EDI Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von EDI Anbindungen, Kenntnis verschiedener Austauschformate (IDOC, EDIFACT, VDA, TRADACOM, ANSI X12, XML, ...) und Kommunikationsmethoden
- Kenntnisse in der SAP-Modulbetreuung z.B.: SAP SD, SAP LE etc. sowie Überblick in den zugrundeliegenden Geschäftsprozessen von EDI Anbindungen (z.B.: Einkauf, Verkauf)
- Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse (ABAP) sowie erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Konvertierungs-Tools (OpenText, Seeburger) sind vorteilhaft
- Gekonnt in der Abwicklung von Projekten & prozessorientierter Arbeitsweise
- Analytische, lösungsorientierte & strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Teamfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssicher sowie kommunikationsstark in Deutsch & Englisch
