YOUR ROLE
  • Ensure high service level of contract manufactured und traded goods (CM/TG) of determined qualit
  • Identify, drive and implement cost saving initiatives to improve total supply chain costs
  • Determine, improve and implement best practice processes to assure continuous improvement and supplier development
  • Perform and manage supplier ramp ups, maintenance and escalations
  • Lead and drive projects to implement cost savings, performance improvement measures, supplier portfolio optimizations and tenders
  • Drive and steer New Product Introductions (NPI) for area of responsibility
  • Active managing of suppliers and their portfolio
  • Close cooperation with other functions within the European organization (Central Purchasing, Marketing and Materials Management) in order to introduce new products and processes in time

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's Degree in Chemical, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent field
  • Ideally 2 years of professional work experience in the field of operations/manufacturing, project management or supply management from multinational stakeholders
  • Technical background, process improvement and people management skills are beneficial
  • Proactiveness and sense of responsibility is a must
  • Fluent knowledge of English language is a must
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and handle challenging deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • B category driving license
