Two or more post-doctoral positions are available immediately in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Biology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, Texas, in the fields of hemostasis and thrombosis, inflammation, and cell signaling. The potential candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in one of the following fields: Biology/Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or equivalent. Demonstrable experience in using modern biochemical, cellular, and molecular research techniques is required. Experience in mouse models, confocal microscopy, and immunohistochemistry is highly desirable. Research experience in blood coagulation, inflammation, cell signaling, and related areas is highly preferred but not required
Salary will be based on qualification, experience, internal equity, and market.
The University of Texas Health Science Center is the health science component of the University of Texas at Tyler and a part of the internationally renowned University of Texas System.
