Areas of interest include genomics, cell biology, biotechnology, molecular pharmacology, and immunology. These individuals will support our current degree programs: B.S. in Biomedical Science, B.S. in Genomics and Molecular Genetics, M.S. in Biotechnology, and PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology. Successful candidates will be expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses; conduct and maintain an active, extramurally funded research program; publish scholarly work; mentor undergraduate and graduate students; and engage in service activities. Candidates must have a doctoral degree, postdoctoral research experience, and a strong record of research accomplishments. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Applicants working with non-vertebrate models are especially encouraged to apply.

Consideration of applications will begin on November 1, 2022 and continue until the position is filled. Questions should be addressed to Dr. Andrew Palmer (apalmer@fit.edu).
