YOUR ROLE
- Able to work independently on a defined project and able to multi-task multiple ADP project activities.
- Plans daily and weekly activities related to assigned projects to meet deadlines.
- Able to set up simple experiments and perform standard characterization testing on formulations..
- Able to collect, interpret and understand chemical, physical and mechanical data. Also able to make conclusions and make recommendations.
- Responsible, for communicating the results of his/her work clearly and accurately using various means - written, oral or electronic - within and outside the R&D group. This person will prepare reports, graphics and other documentation as needed..
- Work under functional or supervision of Senior R&D staff - actively contributing to and participating in projects managed by senior staff.
- This person will also be required to make presentations to cross functional team members on project status..
- Able to verbally communicate one-on-one in front of a group.
- Actively involved with formulation and lab-scale versions of concept products..
- Demonstrate ability to partner with other team members in ADP projects.
- Transfer of formulation from lab to plant PE during scale-up.
- Perform job function is a safe and professional manner.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of data and proc.
- Interfaces with various personnel primarily within & outside the group.
- Participates in the Company Continuous Improvement Plan in the interest of self-improvement.
- Other duties may be assigned.
