Are you energized by a technical role to manage critical systems and projects for the supply chain? If so, this MSAT Technology Associate could be an ideal opportunity to explore.

As a Technology associate, you will be responsible for supporting large and small-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing, technology transfer, or introduction of new technology. In particular, this role will be responsible for managing systems, software, and data, related to technical changes, materials, and equipment.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Serve as the department SME for data management and system manipulations and edits, including technical changes, deviations, CAPAs, and SKUs
  • Lead sample planning, coordination, execution, and communication for the technical team
  • Take leadership to identify potential issues, provide technical assessment, and mitigate risks, including identification and implementation of productivity improvement projects
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions to align on best practices, areas for improvement, and implementation of new technologies across biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites within GSK
  • Support production or technical staff with technology transfer / process validation protocols or activities as required

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Specific industrial experience with biopharmaceutical manufacturing


  • Experience with digital systems and enterprise resource management software (SAP) and process order fulfillment in a regulated and global environment
  • Knowledge of current GMP's, NIH Guidelines and FDA and/or European validation practices for biopharmaceutical processes
  • Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage stakeholder concerns / business elements with detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, decide on appropriate course of action, and effectively implement decisions
  • Committed team player prepared to work in and embrace a team-based culture
