Position Overview:

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will expand DNA-Encoded Library Technology applications to maximize their value to Drug Discovery through basic and applied research studies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

DNA-encoded library technology is a cutting-edge novel technology platform to identify hits and tools for drug discovery. The Screening and Compound Profiling Department at our research site in New Jersey is seeking a talented and highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to play a key role in expanding DNA-Encoded Library Technology into uncharted space, including microfluidics. The incumbent will collaborate closely with other functions across our Company's discovery organization, and external research institutions. In addition, they will have the opportunity to present research progress at a scientific conference annually and submit manuscripts for publication at prestigious research journals.
Education Minimum Requirement:

Candidates must currently hold a PhD OR receive a PhD by Fall 2022.
Required Experience and Skills:
-
Ph.D. in bioconjugation chemistry, molecular biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or other related disciplines.

Strong track record of publications
-
Creative and innovative when designing experiments and trouble-shooting.

Data processing and quantitative analysis skills.

Able to collaborate with scientists of diverse background
Preferred Experience and Skills:

Lab skills in both chemistry and biology

Solid phase chemistry and corresponding assays

Experience in method development

Experience in bioconjugation
