Your role:

•Follow processes in the plant and develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation and carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

•Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and should have knowledge of operations and maintenance of Utilities like Chillers, Cooling towers, boiler, thermic fluid heaters, N2 Plant etc.

•Supporting the project activities in managing erection and commissioning activities of instruments, plant machinery & utilities to make ways for setting up new facilities for production capacities of new products and also take care of documentation as per requirement for day-to-day running of the plant maintenance activities

•Preparation of Master list of spare parts and maintaining adequate spare parts and preparation of DQ, IQ, OQ protocol of the new equipment. Installation, Inspection, Commissioning and Qualification of Process equipment's with respect of all services & facilities as per P&I diagram.

•Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works and adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site.

•Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems and schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down, time and reducing unplanned downtime.

•Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management. Ensuring stringent adherence to Regulatory Requirements & practices.

•Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department. Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors

Your Skills:

•Should have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering

•Minimum 5 years of work experience

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

•Exposure to Excise, understanding of Plant maintenance / project execution is essential
