YOUR ROLE
  • Provide innovation solutions to improve end-to-end processes
  • Facilitate and implement best practices and innovative solutions
  • Identify opportunities and elaborate solutions by using new technologies as well as evolving industry best practices
  • Design concepts and user stories for end-to-end processes
  • Gather and complement the user stories from business experts and stakeholders
  • Support the full BizDevOps lifecycle of a product/IT application
  • Ability to write technical specifications or new technical user stories
  • Configure applications during the lifecycle
  • Deliver employee facing applications with the necessary functionality and data (incl. data provision and analysis)
  • Explore new intelligent and automation technologies (machine learning, NLP, Robotic automation)

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • Knowledge about solutions/applications in the area of company communication is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization globally
  • Fluent English language skills, German skills are an advantage
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and pro-active
  • Ability to work in an international team
