The Division of Infectious Diseases and the Center for AIDS Elimination at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine invite applications a tenure-stream/tenured faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Applicants should have an MD, and/or PhD and cutting edge research program focused on HIV/AIDS. Ongoing or anticipated R01 or equivalent funding is required. Startup resources and compensation are available commensurate with experience.

General rank requirements: An assistant professor should have demonstrated teaching ability, experience in advanced study and research, or professional experience of a kind that would enable them to make an academic contribution. An associate professor will have a strong experience with an impactful scholarship, a local, regional, and developing national/international reputation, effectiveness as a teacher, and service.
