YOUR ROLE

• Support and ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer / all product performance complaints
• Plan for and execute Customer Technical Request Testing, report and communicate to field teams and/or customers
• Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations
• Standardize and develop new test methods
• Run and perform customer lab demonstrations using application equipment (internal and external)
• Prepare internal tests report and makes presentations to internal work group or department
• Participate in presentations to customers
• Lead internal and external technical requests and projects
• Directly communicate (in scope of products tests/validation) with the field Sales/Application Engineering teams, KAMs, project team, customers
• Lead/support ongoing harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
• Participate in training of Sales / Marketing and other Technical personnel
• Provide application support for various projects assigned by a supervisor

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical or Material Science
• Willingness to work in laboratory environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with the ability to handle
  multitasks
• High level of enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking
• IT skills -Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, ability to work in a digitalized environment
• Fluent in English is highly recommended
