YOUR ROLE

• Development of products and processes for regional/global use, including maintenance of formulations in the field of MultiMetal Pretreatment/Surface Treatment
• Planning and execution of development projects within the technology portfolio
• Active support and execution of innovation initiatives along the Henkel/SBU innovation strategy
• Regional technical support of the Henkel sales organization/customers, including processing of trouble shooting requests
• Provide technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required
• Assure all new products meet international chemical health and safety requirements and other regulations

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Chemistry
• 5 years of experience, ideally in the field of MultiMetal Surface Treatment
• The projects envisaged are of global scope, close interaction with the US product development team is part of the job description
• Good teamworking and communication skills
• MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, statistical data analysis of advantage
• Fluent English as a must; German of advantage
• Willingness to travel (1-3 days/month)
