III. Types of Talents Introduction , Requirements and Emoluments

First-rate Talents& Discipline Leading Talents

Category A：First-rate Talents. International top scholars with extraordinary academic achievements and influences; or masterclass talents

Category B: Discipline Leading Talents. Domestic top scholars with brilliant academic achievements and influences, able to accurately seize the discipline dynamics and development direction and to lead disciplinary development and team work; or overseas talents with equal academic reputation and proficiency.

Emoluments: Face-to-face negotiations for each one talent

 

Discipline (Academy) Leaders

Category C: Excellent young scholars, with certain academic influences, sustaining development potential and good competence in team organization who was engaged in teaching and scientific research in universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad for at least 3 years after getting doctoral degrees.

Emoluments:

1.Employed as professor and doctoral tutor;

2.Annual salary of RMB 800k to one million;

3.House purchasing subsidy of RMB 1 to 1.5 million;

4.Providing one turnover house (2-year using right);

5.Start-up fund for scientific research of RMB 3 to 5 million;

6.Providing independent scientific research lab and three assistants (doctors of Type E and F );

7. Assist in settling down spouse’s job.   

Category D: Young scholars,  with remarkable scientific research and innovation potential or excellent teaching performance who was engaged in teaching and scientific research in universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad for at least 2 years after getting doctoral degrees, can lead the team to to teaching and scientific research independently, and teaching and scientific research ability equals to professors in our university.

Emoluments:

1.Employed as professor and doctoral tutor;

2.Enjoying emoluments of level-4 professor for five years (annual salary of RMB 300k);

3.House purchasing subsidy of RMB 0.6 to 1 million;

4.Providing one turnover house (2-year using right);

5.Start-up fund for scientific research of RMB one million;

6.Providing independent scientific research lab and two assistants (doctors of Type E and F );

7.Assist in settling down spouse’s job.

 

Academic Backbones

Category E: Excellent doctors or postdoctoral scholars, graduating from top universities at home and abroad who are competent of teaching and scientific research in this discipline.

Emoluments:

1.Enjoying emoluments of associate professors for three years (annual salary of RMB 250k), and overseas / excellent talents enjoying a green title promotion channel;

2. House purchasing subsidy of RMB 500k;

3.Start-up fund for scientific research of RMB 200 thousand and for social science of RMB 100 thousand.

Category F: Scarce doctors or postdoctoral scholars, graduating from famous universities at home and abroad who are competent of teaching and scientific research in this discipline.

Emoluments:

1.Enjoying emoluments of associate professors for three years (annual salary of RMB 250k), and overseas / excellent talents enjoying a green title promotion channel;

2. House purchasing subsidy of RMB 500k;

3.Start-up fund for scientific research of RMB 200 thousand and for social science of RMB 100 thousand.

1. The talent introduction requirements and emoluments not included in this recruitment announcement will be in face-to-face negotiation with each one talent.

2. Talents with medical background are preferred; applicants for anatomy-related posts enjoys special allowance.
