YOUR ROLE
  • With our Digital Talent Program, you'll benefit from early empowerment and 18 months of hands-on experience in key digital projects. Start your journey of constant learning and exciting tasks and take your digital expertise to the next level
  • You will be defining and sharing best practices while being well versed on industry trends. Collaborating with capability leads and cross functional teams. Championing innovation and organizational focus to deliver growth. From day one you will take full responsibility and drive the digitalization at Henkel
  • You will have the opportunity to work in different business units and on different topics. Most of the time you are based at the Henkel dx Berlin Hub or at Henkel headquarters in Düsseldorf, but three months of the program will take place in another country, where you get to know the local Henkel business
  • The DevOps team bundles the Henkel DevOps knowledge, defines DevOps guidelines and standards and owns the necessary technologies and tools needed in a DevOps environment. The DevOps team supports both business and IT projects in an agile team environment using DevOps tools and automation. In detail you:
  • Work as DevOps Engineer (d/f/m) in agile product teams
  • Operate DevOps tools for the Henkel DevOps environment

YOUR SKILLS
  • University degree in computer engineering/science, software engineering, information systems, mathematics, or related fields
  • Team-minded personality with good communication skills
  • Experienced in working in an agile surrounding with relevant tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as MS Azure, GCP, AWS
  • Business fluent English, German language skills would be beneficial
