Job Details
- Design and conduct analytical experiments (qPCR/ddPCR, protein and enzyme activity assays) to support rAAV process development and product characterization.
- Perform data analysis and deliver a reliable high-quality experimental data and prepare experimental reports in a timely manner.
- Participate assay development and provide analytical expertise to troubleshoot issues and resolve the issues timely.
- Responsible for sample management in AD to ensure sample traceability, review and verify sample paperwork against samples to ensure accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
- Assist scientists to make sample available in a timely manner.
- Support analytical program leads for sample submission as directed, sample receiving, and shipping as needed.
- Maintain GXP compliant good documentation with high level of detail.
- Working in the labs to perform experiments/sample management described above in the job primary duties
- Design experiments, organize, discuss and record experimental data/sample information.
- Prepare presenting materials, literature search and so on.
- Trainings, lab meetings and administration work
- BS/MS in relevant scientific or engineering field with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Experience with sample management is preferred
- Introductory knowledge in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting experiments
- Introductory technical lab skills and understanding of background theory, including qPCR, ddPCR, protein and enzyme activity assays
- Flexibility to change tasks and order of priorities quickly as needs of business change
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team
- Stays current with relevant scientific literature
- Well organized record keeping
