YOUR ROLE
  • Excellent teamworking relationship with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Innovation and members of the Application field team or project team members
  • Works effectively on Strategic Business Units and/or Regional specific projects
  • Contributes to project plans and helps the team to deliver project goals
  • Provide onsite technical support for customers when needed
  • Teamwork with Field Application and Sales and Product Development to support customer enquiries
  • Preparation of accurate and timely reports
  • Documents all activities in CRM tool (ACE) and / or in the Application Engineering tool kit
  • Reports technical results and contributes to customer presentations
  • May supervise the laboratory work (including prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers
  • Provide on-site customer visit and lab trials
  • Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
  • Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
  • Responsible for products application / technical training of field sales forces and customers
  • Promotes internally SBU innovations and best learnings cross accounts

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or relevant engineering/technical discipline
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor/ MEMS and Sensor device relative related industries.
  • Work experience in die attach, die attach film, high thermal paste, underfill, thermal interface is an advantage
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ownership on the project to achieve the goal with the project team
  • Ability to design material characteristic and/or failure test based on the customer issue and assessment
  • Ability to communicate with customer to understand the requirement and provide customer solution
  • Knowledge and experience of material property test with DSC, DMA, TMA, TGA, Rheometer
  • Knowledge and experience of handling of SEM, EDX, dispenser, FTIR, Datacon Die Attach is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Good trouble-shooting and analytical skill
  • Cultural diversification - work experience in different geographies, multi-lingual is a plus
  • Travel Required (up to 15%), SEA region
