YOUR ROLE
  • Provide highly skilled technical and information security expertise to developments, implementations and operations of the governance, risk and compliance management program
  • Analyze new IT laws and regulations and derive requirements for Henkel in collaboration with Henkel business units and legal/compliance departments
  • Lead and support projects which are part of the governance, risk and compliance management program
  • Communicate and explain cyber security requirements, associated risks and IT security controls to technical and non-technical colleagues from expert level to upper management
  • Conduct cyber security risk assessments and reviews and assess and monitor compliance with new requirements on Henkel with central IT and Henkel business stakeholders
  • Ensure the integration of new requirements into existing control frameworks
  • Customize, automate and interface software solutions in the GRC area

YOUR SKILLS
  • Degree in cyber security or similar education
  • At least 3 years of broad professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills in order to assess information and identify potential risks
  • Sound knowledge of current legislation and regulations landscape worldwide and experience in analyzing and ensuring compliance with derived IT requirements
  • Experience in designing, implementing, managing, reviewing and improving internal controls for governance, risk and compliance
  • Experience in software development and customization, DevOps, incl. MS DevOps experience is advantageous
  • Experience in agile project management
  • Highly effective communication skills and proven ability to work in multicultural and diverse environments of international organizations; Start-up mentality with clear business orientation
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Active certifications such as CISM and experience in IT audits are advantageous
