YOUR ROLE
  • Responsible for developing new industrial process and designing new process/equipment or modifying existing one
  • Assess the manufacturing process and guide to follow engineering requirement of global, legal and Henkel
  • Improve process to optimize OEE, predictive quality, Predictive Maintenance and sustainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to develop new opportunity and achieve goal
  • Take a role of project manager for medium and big capital investment project, and lead TFT to deliver goal and target
  • Manage sites investment budget and support the sites to execute small investment projects.
  • Support / Lead digitalization and automation
  • Support the site to understand What Good Engineering Look Like

YOUR SKILLS
  • More than10 years or equivalent experience in engineering or similar functions
  • Preferred language: Japanese (Fluent) English (Excellent)
  • Chemical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electric engineering, Chemistry or Physics
  • Automation, Digitalization experience
  • Fine Chemical manufacturing process experience preferred
  • Project (investment) management, cost & budget management skills
  • Leadership to manage department, managing managers
  • Change management, Strategic thinking
  • Driving and leading innovation
  • Open to work with global business partners
